PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

• You are required to fill out our COVID-19 screening tool (included in your intake form) prior to appointments. Please let us know and DO NOT attend your appointment if you screen positive.

• If you would like to bring a friend/family to your appointment, please ensure this has been approved on your appointment booking to ensure we can accommodate social distancing

ON ARRIVAL

• You will immediately sanitize your hands upon entry into the office. 

• Masks are REQUIRED for the duration of your visit within the office and building, the removal of masks is dependent on current Ontario government guidelines in The City of Peterborough 

• Limit personal belongings 

• Limit cash transactions and have exact amount if cash if necessary

WHAT ARE WE DOING?

We are dedicated to providing a safe and clean environment for our clients and staff. 

• All client areas will be sanitized in between each appointment/client.

• All staff have received 2+ doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine.

• Clinic will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily.

• Stay up to date with and abide by all local public health protocols regarding COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.
